thumbprints Ministry

Thumbprints is an end of life coaching service created to assist families and their loved ones with coping with a terminal illness by:

Walking with the individual and family through the task of getting their affairs in order

Helping cope with financial difficulties brought on by the required care
-
Helping connect families with community resources and other services such as; hospice, visiting nurses, social workers etc.

Offering a unique opportunity for the individual to create lasting memories

Encouraging individuals to express their feelings for loved ones through letters and art projects

Planning fun activities with children and grandchildren
-
Encouraging leaving instructions and letters for all of the "firsts" that the family will face without them - this helps their loved ones cope with them being gone

Helping the individual come to terms with their passing and help them turn their passing into something meaningful that will encourage their loved ones to live powerfully and become healed and whole after they are gone

Supervised Family Coaching Visits

A coach will supervise visits with families who are trying to reunify and will provide coaching on parenting, supervision, and court reports for families in transition.

Equine Connections

Equine Connection is committed to fostering discipline, self-esteem, responsibility, and empathy among young individuals through equine activities and environments. Our experiential approach enables participants to gain insights into themselves and others by engaging in activities with horses and reflecting on their emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Our program harnesses the dynamic, intuitive, and powerful nature of horses to inspire young people to develop trust and build meaningful relationships.
